A wonderful escape—beautiful surroundings, plenty of space. Positive: We had an amazing family getaway at this beautiful and spacious house. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax and enjoy quality time together. The highlight of our stay was definitely the River House—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for creating lasting memories. We truly appreciated the tranquil surroundings and the thoughtful touches throughout the property. Highly recommended for families looking for a serene escape! Negative: Nothing

We had a lovely weekend, location is great Positive: Location is great Negative: Only plastic plates, bathrooms very old and design around toilets is bad (literally no leg room for someone over 6ft) half the house is locked, boat house area needs some maintenance. Very bright outside lights stay on all night (and cannot be turned off) and there is not sufficient blockout in the bedrooms to be able to sleep 🙈

Positive: The facilities were exceptional and clean. Negative: The plastic plates. It would be wonderful if there were proper plates

Recommended visit for some peace from the city Negative: Be prepared to be disconnected from the rest of the world. Not the worst thing for a tranquil environment, but the wifi doesn't always work.
